Agreement

Shrine is an iPhone app published by Eren Demirkesen for building full-page home-screen widgets. By downloading or using Shrine you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies except where these terms state otherwise.

Free and Pro

Shrine is free to use with one shrine and a set of starter themes. Shrine Pro removes those limits: unlimited shrines, every theme, and wallpaper export.

Shrine Pro subscriptions and purchases

• Shrine Pro is available as an auto-renewing weekly subscription at $7.99/week, an auto-renewing annual subscription at $49.99/year after a 7-day free trial, or as a one-time lifetime purchase for $74.99. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region.
• Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. If you choose the annual plan, your free trial lasts 7 days; unless you cancel before it ends, payment begins automatically at the price shown.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions on your iPhone. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• The lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-renewing purchase that unlocks Shrine Pro permanently on your Apple ID.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Acceptable use

Shrine is for building shrines from content you have the right to use. You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app or its services.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Shrine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
